Delete your account

You can delete your AFS Dairy account and its associated data at any time. This explains how, and exactly what is removed.

Delete it in the app

  1. Sign in to AFS Dairy.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.

What gets deleted

  • Your login credentials and profile (name, email, phone).
  • If you are the farm owner: the entire farm and all of its records — animals, breeding, health, milk, feed, finance, tasks, and any other user accounts on that farm.
  • If you are a team member: your user account is removed from the farm.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We may retain limited records only where required by law, accounting, or security obligations.

Can’t sign in?

If you cannot access your account, email us from your registered address at general@asabafarmsystem.com and we will process your deletion request.
